Tokyo International Forum

Opened in January 1997, the Tokyo International Forum is a multi-purpose convention and art center located in Marunouchi, Chiyoda.

With four buildings, each housing a unique hall, plus the distinctive atrium of the Glass Building, the 7 multi-sized halls and 34 conference rooms cater to a wide range of events throughout the year.

In addition, there is an exhibition space, a lobby, restaurants, shops, and other facilities.

Designed by architect Rafael Viñoly, the glass atrium building is famous for its swooping curves of steel truss and glass.

  1. My wife and I went there a couple times with our two oldest daughters before they started high school to attend the convention of Tokyo high schools that they host every year to allow 3rd year JHS students and their parents to meet teachers and principals of different schools.

    We’ll be going again next year with our youngest.
