Airport Limousine Bus

There are several ways to travel between Narita Airport and Tokyo. If you have a lot of luggage, one of the best ways is the Airport Limousine Bus.

They will load and unload your luggage, with stops at all the major hotels such as the popular Hilton Tokyo in Shinjuku pictured above, and the Tokyo City Air Terminal (TCAT).  Average cost is about 3,000 yen ($30) and it usually takes between 1.5 – 2 hours one way.  Buses usually leave every hour.

Alternatively (probably faster) is using Narita Express and the Tokyo subway – you just need to drag your luggage.  And starting on July 17, 2010, you can also use the new (and even faster) Narita Skyliner, which will only take 36 minutes from Narita to central Tokyo.
