Midtown Blossom 2010

As I indicated in my previous blog post about the Tokyo Midtown Cake, Tokyo Midtown in Roppongi celebrated spring with its Midtown Blossom 2010 event.

There are about 110 cherry blossom trees in the area.

They had several events held inside and outside including a kimono festival and a tea ceremony.

They also had small tubs, with flower petals, where you can soak your feet – what a classy joint!

Some kimono clad ladies were enjoying the paper flowers on the ground.

  1. One of my students was there πŸ™‚ I don’t know if you were there on the same day, but I checked your pictures to see if I could see her. Of course, she isn’t in any of your pictures.
