2010 Camera and Photo Imaging Show
The 2010 Camera and Photo Imaging Show was held in Pacifico Yokohama exhibition hall from March 11-14.

Attendance this year was over 41,000. You can attend for free if you pre-register online, otherwise the entrance fee is 1,000 yen ($10).

Sony will be coming out with a new compact digital camera with interchangeable lenses like Panasonic and Olympus.
Panasonic showcased its best selling Lumix digital camera.
FujiFilm with its Finepix brand featured its new Z700 digital camera.
Canon had a full line-up of digital cameras, lenses and camcorders.
Other manufacturers were Nikon, Olympus, Casio and Ricoh.
Lens makers Tamron and Sigma also had large booths …
… and there were other specialty brands like Hasselblad.
