Nattō is a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans, most popular in the eastern regions of Kanto, Tohoku, and Hokkaido. It has a very strong smell and flavor, along wit a slippery or slimy texture.
Have you tried nattō? If yes, do you like it?

OMG!
I am dying to try natto and give some to my son too. Everyone says you love it or hate it. I like some funky stuff, but haven’t gotten the nerve up to try it for myself. Will let you know when I decide to take the big leap.
Thanks for the comment … yes, you must try it at least once .. “funky” is a good description of natto
